Ground Zero Weekly Programming

Maple Avenue Ministries (MAC-REC):
Maple Avenue’s Director of outreach Steve Turrell oversees Maple Avenue’s MAC-REC program. MAC-REC is summer recreational program that offer diverse opportunities for kids and adult.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 4:30-8:30 p.m. beginning the day after memorial day, May 30th 2006 all through summer and ending on Friday August 25th, 2006.

MAC/REC is a Christ Centered multicultural outreach program and is located on the parking lot at Maple Avenue Ministries.

This ministry includes open outdoor recreation as well as offering field trips, vacation bible school, and special events for kids, youth, and adults in who come to our core city multi-cultural outdoor recreational program

Mentoring
We offer one on one mentoring for high school students. This is a program that links high school students with Christian adult for things such as homework support and relationship building. If interested, see contact information for Steve Turrell.

Daily After-School Programming:
Steve Turrell the Maple Avenue Ministries director of outreach (high school) works with the Cornerstone Youth Center to provide after school opportunities for all children and youth in our community. This program includes homework support, indoor recreation, and more opportunities to learn about God.

The hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 3:30-5:00 p.m. located in the core-city at 407 central, Holland, MI
